An exciting 6-month opportunity exists for a Corporate Partnership Manager to join our Group Insurance team. This role plays a key part in strengthening and growing our corporate distribution partnerships, with a strong focus on supporting and expanding the adviser network nationally.
You’ll be trusted to deepen relationships, support new business growth, and help advisers succeed by connecting them with Zurich’s Group Insurance solutions, digital capability, and expertise. Your impact will be felt through stronger partnerships, better outcomes for clients, and sustainable growth across the portfolio.
You will also be responsible for the following:
- Managing and developing relationships across the adviser network nationally.
- Supporting new business growth through effective partnership engagement.
- Providing training and education on Zurich Corporate Care products and digital portals.
- Partnering closely with internal stakeholders to progress and convert opportunities.
- Maintaining regular contact with advisers through calls and in-person meetings.
- Tracking and reporting sales activity and pipeline progress.

You bring a collaborative, relationship-led mindset and enjoy working with advisers and internal partners to achieve shared outcomes. You’re proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable balancing autonomy with teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
In order to be successful, you will have the following:
- Experience in group insurance within a sales or partnership environment. Experience with corporates advantageous.
- A demonstrated ability to achieve or contribute to sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship management capability.
- Confidence supporting and educating advisers or intermediaries.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- RG145 qualification.
